Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Position Overview
We seek a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership across diverse operations, including manufacturing and general trading. The CFO will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, guiding investment decisions, budgeting, and cost structures while ensuring financial practices aligning with operational realities. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic foresight, bringing advanced ERP knowledge (preferably Odoo ERP) to strengthen financial systems and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership
o Partner with the CEO to shape investment strategies, capital allocation, and long-
term financial planning.
o Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support executive decision- making.
o Align financial strategies with the group’s diverse business portfolio.
• Financial Planning & Control
o Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across manufacturing and trading divisions.
o Establish and monitor cost structures to drive efficiency and profitability.
o Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with international
standards.
• Operational Finance
o Oversee financial aspects of manufacturing practices, including cost accounting,
inventory management, and production efficiency.
o Support trading operations with robust financial oversight and risk management.
• ERP & Systems Management
o Drive implementation and optimization of ERP systems, with advanced knowledge of
Odoo ERP preferred.
o Ensure integration of financial data across business units for transparency and efficiency.
o Champion digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
• Governance & Compliance
o Maintain strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with statutory requirements.
o Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders to uphold governance standards.
• Team Development
o Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build capacity and accountability.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in financial management.
Qualifications & Specifications
• Education & Certification
o CPA or ACCA qualification (mandatory).
o Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience
o Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 6
years in a senior management role.
o Proven track record in group-level finance, with exposure to both manufacturing and trading environments.
Skills & Competencies

o Expertise in budgeting, cost structures, and investment analysis.
o Advanced understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP.
